SpyChest.com's DR-200 Vehicle Black Box Car Camera capturing video footage of either a drunk or distracted driver driving all over roadway nearly missing a guard rail and in a road construction area. The roadway is completely dark, but the driver of the other vehicle can clearly be seen driving a carelessly. Driver turned into apartment complex and parked.
